Hold until there is a release in the form of a sigh or a swallow. 3) Now, let your fingertip sink even deeper into the face until you rest lightly on the surface of the bone. Hold a light pressure on the bone and wait until you get a release.

It a point on the face that is the endpoint of the Large Intestine meridian. A beauty point also called 'Golden Bamboo' / 'welcoming Fragrance' in Chinese, Japanese and Thai. It will opens the nostrils and improves the breathing.
Located at the base of each nostril in the smile line. Find the midpoint of the border part of the nostrils and following it to the smile line. use your index finger to contact this point.
Acupressure point - UB 2

It a point on the inside corner of the eyebrow. People often rub this point naturally, without thinking about it when they are tired. Using your thumb or one finger to connect this point. It will balance the flow of moisture to the eyes and leave them bright and sparking
Location- In the tender depression at the inner end of the eyebrow closest to the nose. Press upward.
