Best Natural Skin Hydration Tips. Make Your Own Mask at Home.

Well-hydrated skin is soft, supple, glowing and flawless. However, dryness is always a possibility and no matter what, it struck everyone sometime or another. Natural dryness is a concern and the external elements like harsh chemicals, pollution, and the sun’s UV rays make it even worse. 

If you want to prevent skin dryness, wrinkles and enjoy soft and gleaming skin, here is the list of best and safe to use home mask recipes that level up your hydration game.

1. Banana + honey 

If you have oily skin, you can know how it can be the most deceiving. Oily skin often has drier skin underneath which means that you will have to deal with the harshness later. If you want to deal with the excess oil and then eliminate the dryness, you must use a perfect homemade mask of banana and honey. 

Mix one banana, 2 tablespoons of organic honey and one teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon or organic. Make a perfect mixture and apply it to the face. Let it sit on the face for 30 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water to achieve the results. 

2. Honey + Oatmeal and Milk

If you have acne and dry skin, you must not use any harsh chemicals on your face. Instead, use an all-natural face mask made from honey, oatmeal and milk. The oatmeal and honey are very nourishing and keep the nutrients ad moisture trapped in the skin. You can easily make the mask at home and achieve clear and glowing skin. 

For the mask, blend three tablespoons of oatmeal and mix honey and milk to it. As you make a paste of it, apply it on the face and let it dry. Wash your face using lukewarm water and see the instant change in your skin texture. 

3. Cucumber and Aloe Vera mask

All you need for this super hydrating mask is some cucumber and Aloe Vera. The hydrating characteristics of these two ingredients can help you reverse the aging process and achieve great results. You need to blend the cucumber and aloe Vera together and make a paste. Massage your face with this paste and enjoy the benefits. The paste has a cooling and cleansing effect that is second to none. 

4. Grapes for hydration

The easily available fruit grape is your best friend to fight dry skin and achieve the best exfoliation results. Mash grapes and mix them with some wheat flour. Apply and massage this paste on your face and let it sit thereafter. Wash it off and then experience the best results. 

5. Honey + Epsom salt

Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, and it helps fight free radicals. You must mix Epson salt with honey and use the pack to eliminate the free radicals on your skin. The results are simply great.
